ZipWall, the global specialist in the dust barrier category, is increasing its distribution of the ZipWall® Dust Barrier System within the UK market in response to growing demand. Installed in a matter of minutes, the system provides professional contractors and tradesmen with a comprehensive dust protection solution – crucially without the need for ladders or tape.

Launched to the US market in 1997, the ZipWall® Dust Barrier System is widely used and offers an extensive range of robust dust protection solutions, uniquely designed to efficiently section off areas onsite.

From contractors working on a redevelopment project, to professional painters and decorators completing a refurbishment, the ZipWall® Dust Barrier System offers an easy to install solution that can be reused from site to site. The adaptable system is ideal for the majority of all refurbishment and restoration projects, as well as providing the optimum solution for cleaning tasks that include damp and mould removal.

The foundation of the ZipWall® dust barrier system is the spring-loaded pole that secures a dust barrier in place and takes only seconds to erect. Additional products work cohesively with these poles to offer a variety of dust protection solutions – tightly sealing a barrier along the perimeter, quickly creating entries, sealing off existing doors – to name a few.

One of the latest additions to the ZipWall® system was celebrated at The National Association of Home Builders 2018 International Builders’ Show. Selected from hundreds of entrants, the ZipWall® Magnetic Door was shortlisted in the Most Innovative Building Product category, recognised as a game-changer within the industry. The ZipWall® Magnetic Door maintains the integrity of the dust seal whilst providing convenient hands-free access to the site. Its durability ensures the product can be reused from project to project, even those that experience high levels of traffic.

Jeff Whittemore, president and founder of ZipWall, commented, “We are excited to make this groundbreaking system more widely available in the UK market. The ZipWall® Dust Barrier System offers the industry the ability to contain dust onsite, both quickly and efficiently.

“By developing new products such as the ZipWall® Magnetic Door, we can continue our commitment to providing professionals with a complete solution to just about any dust protection scenario.”
