As part of its continued commitment to education catering, leading UK design and installation company RDA has become a TUCO Partner.

TUCO, the University Caterers Organisation, is the leading professional membership body for ‘in house’ caterers operating in the higher and further education sector.

RDA share the same values as TUCO and are committed to supporting in house catering teams, helping them to develop quality, design led, catering facilities which will help to improve the overall customer experience.

Alex Bradley, Director at RDA said: “We are delighted to become a TUCO Partner and are looking forward to working with the organisation to support their activities throughout 2018.”

He added: “Gone are the days of dated stainless steel counter bain-maries that give the impression of low grade institutional catering. Today’s education caterers want to provide an experience for their students and staff.

“By creating a contemporary, high end café or restaurant within their college or university, which combines efficient and beautiful space with excellent food and service, caterers can provide a proposition that exceeds what the high street can offer and keep customers coming back.”

RDA has over a decade of transforming educational catering facilities, from independent schools to some of the UK’s most prestigious universities. As a TUCO Partner, it will support the many activities of TUCO including the TUCO Competitions and Annual Conference.
